Administrative Services

  • We will be the Board’s most trusted resource. We will always provide sound guidance, present all of the options (to include the pros and cons of each), and make well thought out recommendations.
  • We are the Board’s agent to owners, residents, vendors, contractors, and anyone else in need of information from or action by the association or the Board.
  • We respond to all phone calls and e-mails within 24 hours or the next business day.
  • All telephone calls are transcribed, and all e-mail and telephone records are permanently retained.
  • Meetings:
    • We produce and deliver meeting packets and management reports to the Board one week prior to each meeting.
    • We attend Board of Director and Annual Meetings, per the contract.
    • We assure that all meeting requirements are followed per the governing documents, the law, and industry best practices.
  • We maintain a computerized database of owner and association information.
  • We store all association records on site at no extra charge.
  • We identify risk and liability exposure and advise the Board accordingly.
