ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES

  • We will be the Board’s most trusted resource. We will always provide sound guidance, present all of the options (to include the pros and cons of each), and make well-thought-out recommendations.
  • We are the Board’s agent to owners, residents, vendors, contractors, and anyone else in need of information from or action by the association or the Board.
  • We respond to all phone calls and e-mails within 24 hours or the next business day.
  • All telephone calls are transcribed, and all e-mail and telephone records are permanently retained.
  • Meetings:
    • We produce and deliver meeting packets and management reports to the Board one week prior to each meeting.
    • We attend Board of Directors and Annual Meetings, per the contract.
    • We assure that all meeting requirements are followed per the governing documents, the law, and industry best practices.
  • We maintain a computerized database of owner and association information.
  • We store all association records on-site at no extra charge.
  • We identify risk and liability exposure and advise the Board accordingly.
