Townhouse Assessment: $92 + common assessment $97 = $189 total
Assessments are due tri-annually on January1, May 1 and September 1 of each year. After 30 days of non-payment from the duedate, a $15 collection cost will be added to the assessment amount. An additional collection cost of $15 will beadded for non-payment 60 days after the due date. Accounts that are more than 90 days
delinquent may be turned over to the Association’s legal counsel for collection
Payment coupons, return address labels and
payment information are mailed to the membership the first week of December for the following year’s assessment payments. Please ensure that your coupon
accompanies your payment for proper processing.

Please place trash on the curb of your
home after 7:00 pm the night prior to trash pick-up. You may also place certain
bulk pick-up items out for with your regular trash pick-up. See the bulk

CHANGE OF ADDRESS
If you relocate but still own your
home, please notify ProCom of your alternate address. This is very important
since you, as the owner of record, continue to be responsible for the property.
By updating your alternate address, you ensure that all pertinent information
relating to the property will be mailed to the correct address. You will
continue to be responsible for rule enforcement and fee payments.
