from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.

Snow pushing is done by the City of Bowie.Any questions or concerns please contact the City of Bowie directly.
The association is responsible for removal of snow on common
sidewalks and around cluster mailboxes.
Homeowners/residents are responsible for their lead walkways and
steps to the entrance of their home as well as their reserved parking spaces.
TRASH PICK-UP and RULES
Monday & Thursday are Recycle & Garbage Pick-up.
Thursday is for Trash Pick-up ONLY.
Please place the Trash and/or Recycle on the curb of your home after 5:00 am the morning of trash pick-up. If animals get into your trash please clean up the trash and the debris.
TRASH and RECYCLE RECEPTACLES Are NOT Permitted to be Stored Outside of the Unit.
Special COLLECTIONS: Metal, APPLIANCES,Tire Pickup, ETC.
Collections other than normal trash and recycle collected on Wednesdays and must be scheduled.
To schedule a pick-up, please call the City of Bowie Public Works Department by
Tuesday at noon for that week's pick up at 301-809-2344.
Note: Metal items are those that are at least 98% metal & Residents may have up to four (4)
automobile tires collected each year.

Damaged Street Light Poles
If a pole is knocked down or damaged; please call 301-809-2332 during business
hours or call 301-262-6200 after hours or on weekends so that the problem can
be addressed as quickly as possible.
According to the Governing Documents, prior to any exterior

For neighbor to neighbor disputes beyond the authority of the
Board of Directors, contact the Prince George’s County Conflict Remediation
Office at 301-952-4729 or the City of Bowie Police Department.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
If you relocate but still own your home, please notify ProCom of your alternate address. This is very important since you, as the owner of record and continue to be responsible for the property. By updating your alternate address, you ensure that all pertinent information relating to the property will be mailed to the correct address. You will continue to be responsible for HOA'S Rules, Regulations and assessment payments.
PLEASE NOTE: if your property is rented, you are required to obtain a license to rent your property from the City of Bowie. A copy of your lease and the City of Bowie license should be submitted to ProCom. Please contact the City of Bowie for information related to the Rental License.
Loitering is not permitted within the community. Please contact the City of Bowie to report incidents of loitering. Please be prepared to provide the police with a description of the loiterers.
SELLING YOUR HOME

The package contains pertinent information that the Maryland Homeowner’s
Association Act requires the property management company to answer and provide
to the buyer(s) via their Realtor. In addition to the association information, the resale package contains specific unit information.
