CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE
For a Certificate of Insurance, call State Farm at 301-670-0222. When a person is buying or refinancing a home, the mortgage lender will usually request proof that the association has insurance or a Certificate of Insurance. You may call the insurance agent to receive this certificate.
