The association is responsible for removal of snow on the parking areas. Howard County is responsible for removal of the snow from the roads.

Trash and recycling services are provided by Howard County. Trash pick-up is on Thursday- Please place all trash in either trash bags or trash cans. You may place the bags or cans on the curb of your home after 6:00 PM the night prior to collection days. All trash cans and lids should be removed from the street by the end of the day and stored out of sight. Owners should place house numbers on all cans and lids for easy identification.
Recycling bins and yard wastes will be collected on Tuesday. Yard waste should be put in a bag or container.

Architectural Request Forms for exterior alterations/ changes to your townhouse should be submitted to the Cedar Wood's Board of Directors c/o ProCom, 400 Serendipity Drive, Millersville, MD 21108. Please review the architectural guidelines before submitting an application. You may click on the icons below for a copy of both the guidelines and the architectural request form.

Call BGE at 410-685-0123 to file a report. The 4 digit yellow tag number on the pole and street cross sections may be required.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS
If you relocate but still own your home, please notify ProCom of your alternate address. This is very important since you, as the owner of record, continue to be responsible for the property. By updating your alternate address, you ensure that all pertinent information relating to the property will be mailed to the correct address. You will continue to be responsible for rule enforcement and fee payments. Remember that if you rent your property, you are required to obtain a license to rent your property from Howard County. A copy of your lease and Howard County license should be submitted to ProCom. Click on the icon at the bottom of the page for a copy of a Howard County License Rental Form.
MAINTENANCE OF THE EACH HOME
The Homeowners Association is not responsible for the maintenance of individual homes. Problems that are not related to the common areas are the responsibility of the individual. Please report common area maintenance issues and/or services to your property manager, Toni Sponheimer.
