Meetings are held at Pip Moyer Rec Center @ 6:30 PM unless otherwise noted. If you plan to attend a meeting, please confirm with ProCom that the schedule details have not changed.
October 22 - Annual Homeowner's meeting/ Budget Hearing
City of Annapolis handles the snow removal for all streets in Hunt Meadow, to report an issue call City of Annapolis Public Works at 410-263-7949.
The Association has a contract with their Grounds Contractor for the sidewalks in the townhouse section (Courts including Devon, Chelsea, Beacon, Dorset, Ashford and Burnham Wood).
CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE
Master Policy Inquiries can be made through State Farm Insurance, Steve Masciarelli’s Office, 410-266-5000.
Fidelity Bond Inquiries can be made through Hilb Group of Maryland, Inc., via Lisa Gessner, email@example.com or by calling 443-332-0064.
To obtain a copy, you may need to provide the borrower's name, the
street address, the loan # and the mortgagee clause
Single Family Residents: Trash Collection/ Recycling is handled through the City of Annapolis. For more information visit the City of Annapolis website.
Townhouse Residents: Trash Collection/ Recycling is handled through the HOA. The private contractor currently servicing the townhouse sections is Republic Services. To report an issue, their customer service number is 410-727-6161. Recycling and Trash pickup is on Fridays. Bulk Pickup is the 3rd Friday of every month (it is recommended that you call Republic Services to report a bulk pickup).
Hunt Meadows Pool has a seasonal contract with Republic for trash removal at the pool.
STREET LIGHT OUTAGES
If the street light is on a black metal traditional style pole (located in the historic district), the City of Annapolis is responsible for maintenance. Report it online at the City of Annapolis website.
If the light is on top of a wooden utility pole, BGE is responsible for maintenance. Call BGE at 1-800-685-0123 to file a report. The 4 digit yellow tag number on the pole and street cross sections may be required.
Architectural Request Forms are expected to be submitted by the 25th of the month to be reviewed at the following Board of Directors Monthly Meeting. Please review the architectural guidelines for clarification on what is required for submittal. Forms are available by clicking on the icons at the bottom of this page.
Water Is Not Included in the Assessment Fee. Homeowner is responsible for paying water.

Community Pool/ Pavilion: The swimming and wading pool is for the exclusive use of the homeowners, residents and their guests. Pool Rules and Applications are available below and/or at http://www.huntmeadowannapolis.com./

The tennis courts are for the exclusive use of the homeowners, residents and their guests. Tennis Court rules and key applications are available with the management or on the community website. For a tennis court key you must submit an application along with a $5.00 deposit check to ProCom. A key will be mailed to the homeowner submitting.
Walking Path: The community maintains a walking path for the exclusive use of the homeowners, residents and their guests.
