Exterior Alterations
All exterior alterations require the prior approval of the ACC
At the bottom of this page, click on architectural request form and print the form.

All requests must have approval by the ACC Chairperson prior to work performed.
ACC Chairperson has 20 days for their disposition.

Trash Days
A.A.CO picks up on Thursdays
All trash must be kept in metal or hard plastic containers with lids.
May be placed at curb only after 6:00pm the evening prior to collection.
Trash in plastic bags may only be placed at the curb the morning of collection.

Recycle Days
Thursdays only
Recycle bins may only be placed at the curb the morning of collection.

Assessments (Two Associations)
Walden 678 HOA -
$156.00 quarterly payments or $624.00 per year
Due on the 1st of the month (January 1, April 1, July 1, October 1)
Pay by check/coupon; or
Online debit (www.SmartStreet.com)
If payment is not received within 45 days of initial due date, a reminder letter will be sent which incurs a cost of $12.
If payment in full is not received within 30 days of the date of the 2nd reminder letter, delinquent accounts are forwarded to the Association attorney for further collection action.

Walden Community Association -
       Dues are billed annually and payable to “WCA”; contact Pam Triggs, WCA Property Manager @

Landscape/Snow Removal
Jams is contracted to perform landscaping and snow removal.
All other areas are the responsibility of the homeowner including the driveway, sidewalks and entrance to your home.  Call ProCom with questions or concerns.

Park in your garage and driveway first.
Maximum no. of vehicles permitted in the common parking areas is one per unit.
For additional vehicles, please park on Walden Drive.
Commercial vehicles, trailers, campers, limos, taxis, and boats are strictly prohibited.

Selling or Refinancing Your Home
Must order a resale package from Homewise Docs for both Walden 678 and WCA

Click on Resale package with Governing Documents
ProCom Manager will inspect the property for architectural violations and submit the form. ProCom has 20 days to perform this actions.

Spring Inspections
Performed once a year for maintenance violations
Re-inspections done 3 months after initial inspection
Hearings held in September
Fines assessed to homeowners if spring inspections deficiencies are not corrected

Governing Documents
Every Homeowner should have a copy or received a set at settlement
 Documents may be obtained by going to http://www.homewisedocs.com/.

 There are doggie stations for your use throughout the community; use them!
 Pets shall be leashed at all times
 If any problems, contact AACO Animal control (410) 222-8900
 Abandoned pet waste will attract rodents
 Do not feed stray animals
