To obtain a copy, you may need to provide the borrower's name and the street address, the loan # and the mortgagee clause.

STREET LIGHT OUTAGES
Call BGE at 410-685-0123 to file a report. The 4 digit yellow tag number on the pole and street cross sections may be required..
TRASH AND RECYCLING
Trash and recycling services are provided by City of Laurel. Trash service is on Tuesday and Friday- Please place trash in trash bags on the curb of your home on the morning of trash day.
Recycling bins will be collected on Friday. Yard waste is collected on Wednesdays and should be put in a bag or container and marked with an “X”.

If you have bulk items, it is the responsibility of the homeowner or resident to call the City of Laurel at 301-725-0088 to schedule for a pickup (Also call this phone number if you need a recycle bin). Please mark all items scheduled for special pickup.
Water Is Not Included in the Assessment Fee. Homeowner is responsible for paying water.

Tot Lots: There is two community tot lots located on Split Rail Lane and on Woodbine Drive for the exclusive use of Stonewood HOA homeowners, residents and guests of residents.
