SNOW REMOVAL
The City of Bowie is responsible for removal of snow on the roads. Homeowners are responsible for sidewalks and driveway.

CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE
For a Certificate of Insurance, call The Jacobs Company, 301-621-8858.

ANIMAL DISTURBANCES
Call 301-262-6200 to receive the appropriate information regarding county animal laws and services.

STREET LIGHT OUTAGES
To report a street light outage, you may either call BGE at 410-685-0123 or go online to BGE.com. In order to report an outage, you will need the pole number. This number is located in the upper area of the pole.

EXTERIOR MODIFICATIONS
No exterior modifications may be done without prior approval. Visit your community website- glenallen.org to obtain an architectural modification request form. Also contact the City of Bowie for permit information.

LAWN MAINTENANCE
All homeowners are responsible for maintaining the grounds of their property to include mowing the grass, trimming the shrubs, weeding and mulching the flower beds and pruning the trees.

The City of Bowie is responsible for the trees between the sidewalk and the street. Contact 301-262-6200 for anything concerning these trees.

RENTAL PROPERTIES
All rental properties must be registered with the City of Bowie. Contact 301-262-6200 for information.

CONFLICT RESOLUTION
For neighbor to neighbor disputes beyond the authority of the Board of Directors, contact the Prince George’s County Conflict Remediation Office at 301-952-4729.
