Architectural Request Forms for exterior alterations/changes to your home must be submitted to the Board of Directors c/o ProCom prior to the commencement of any improvements. If you need a request form, please contact the association manager for a copy.
The roads in the community are maintained by Anne Arundel County. AA County provides snow pushing services for the roads only. The sidewalks are not cleared by the County or the Association and are the responsibility of each owner. If you must reach the County regarding a snow related issue, please call 410-222-7940.

Call 410-222-6104 to schedule pick up. Do not place bulk item out until the night before pick up. Notify the management company that you will be placing an item out.

STREET LIGHT OUTAGES
The street lights within the community are maintained by BGE. The number on the pole indicates its location. The number is located on the upper area of the pole. You may use this number in order to report an outage or you may use the closest street address.

Tuesday – Sunday: 11:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Pool hours while public school is in session:
Tuesday – Thursday: 3:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Friday: 3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Saturday: 12:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Sunday & Holidays: 12:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Please note that each homeowner must ensure that their pool guests are accompanied at all times while the guest is at the pool.
FRONT FOOT ASSESSMENT
The front foot assessment for Fourwinds HOA is managed by Rudder Management, 1021 Dorsey Rd., Glen Burnie, MD , 410-766-2556. The annual front foot assessment is $480.00, due every year on February 1.
