TRASH AND RECYCLING – ONE DAY COLLECTION Starting June 4, 2012, there will only be one pickup (Mondays only) for trash/recycling and yard waste.
Please note: All Christmas trees and holiday decorations that have been dumped in the woods behind your unit, need to be placed in front of your unit on Thursdays (yard waste days). If a Christmas tree is larger than six feet, please cut it in half or the county will not take it. Let’s keep our woods cleaned out. The Board would like to remind all residents that trash should not be placed out in front of your home before sundown the day before the trash is to be collected. Also, please be mindful to tightly secure the lids to all trash receptacles, as this would alleviate blowing debris throughout the community. After the trash has been collected and your trash can has been emptied, please do not leave it out in front of your unit. It should be returned to the rear of your property inside your fence. Trash cans left out in front of the house for extended periods of time ruin the curb appeal to anyone driving through the community
