SNOW REMOVAL
The association is responsible for removal of snow on the roads and common sidewalks. Homeowners are responsible for exclusive use sidewalks and steps to entrance of home.

FRONT FOOT
A front foot assessment is paid annually on January 1st to

MARINA
Chestnut Hill Cove has a marina that provides slip rental, ramp fees, and boat storage. The annual fees are as follows: $175 for storage; $35 ramp fee; $550 slip fee. For further information, please contact your manager.
