TRASH PICK UP
Trash placed for collection MUST be in trashcans with lids. Trash may be put out the evening prior to pick up. To keep the community looking neat and orderly, you are requested to return all trash containers to the rear of your home the day trash is collected.
STREET LIGHT OUTAGES
The street lights within the community are maintained by BGE. The number on the pole indicates its location. The number is located on the upper area of the pole. You may use this number in order to report an outage or you may use the closest street address.
Please report street light outages by calling BGE at 410-685-0123 or going online to BGE.com.

Architectural Request Forms for exterior alterations/changes to your home must be submitted to the Board of Directors c/o Procom prior to the commencement of any improvements. If you need a request form, please contact the Association Manager for a copy.
